Do you handle printing in-house or through trusted suppliers?
We work with trusted, professional print partners to ensure the highest quality finish for your wedding stationery.
By collaborating with specialist printers, we’re able to offer a range of premium paper stocks, luxury finishes, and beautiful print techniques, from textured cardstock and foil detailing to letterpress and white ink options.
Every piece is carefully checked before it reaches you, so you can feel confident that your stationery will look and feel just as beautiful in person as it does in the design stage. Quality is incredibly important to us, and we only work with suppliers we know and trust.

What is the typical turnaround time for each stage?
Turnaround times can vary slightly depending on the complexity of your design and the print finishes selected, but as a general guide:
Initial Design & Proofing
Once we’ve received your wording and design brief, your first digital proof is usually delivered within 5–7 working days. Revisions are typically turned around within 2–3 working days, depending on the level of amendments.
Final Approval to Print
After you’ve approved your final proof, printing usually takes between 7–14 working days. Luxury finishes such as foil, letterpress, or bespoke embellishments may take a little longer.
On-the-Day Stationery
For items like table plans, place cards, and order of service booklets, we recommend allowing 2–3 weeks from final guest list confirmation to delivery.
If you’re working to a tighter deadline, let us know, we’ll always do our best to accommodate where possible. Clear timelines and communication are part of making the process smooth and stress-free from start to finish.

How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking your wedding stationery as early as possible — ideally 6–12 months before your wedding date.
This gives you plenty of time to:
- Finalise your design and wording
- Review proofs and make revisions
- Allow for printing and delivery, including any luxury finishes or custom illustrations
- Send save the dates and invitations at the right times
Booking early also ensures we can secure your preferred time slots and provide a stress-free experience, so everything is perfectly timed leading up to your big day.
