You’re Engaged
Start planning your wedding stationery suite and order your save the dates. This gives you plenty of time to confirm your guest list, choose your wedding style, and align your designs with your theme, colour palette and venue.
12 Months to Go
Send your save the dates, especially if you’re planning a destination wedding or marrying during peak season. This allows guests to book time off work, arrange travel, and secure accommodation early.
8 Months to Go
Order your wedding invitations. Finalise key details such as ceremony time, venue addresses, accommodation information, gift lists, and RSVP deadlines. Consider whether you’ll include matching details cards, RSVP cards, menus, or information inserts.
5 Months to Go
Send your wedding invitations. This gives guests plenty of time to respond while allowing you to begin tracking RSVPs, dietary requirements, and special requests without feeling rushed.
2 Months to Go

We wanted a purple watercolor theme, but saw that Let's Partay didn’t have this design among their standard themes. When we enquired, they were able to Pantone the exact shades of the bridesmaid dresses for the invitations, ensuring everything matched perfectly. This was our first baby shower, and we weren’t entirely sure on the theme but Let's Partay made it so easy! They created a bespoke design just for our celebration and everyone absolutely loved the animal zoo theme, so much so that we based our entire theme around the invites.
